Due to the nature of our business, we rarely have refunds or returns. All artwork, designs, storyboards for creative content is approved by the client before any production is started that includes printing. Video or audio that are produced for commercial use is approved by the client before placement on any media or media outlet that would also include any digital artwork for any form of digital media. Payment is due only after the client has approved the work that has been completed in the development stage of the client's project. Payment will be made as stated on the terms and conditions page of this website.
